APPROACH

Kirsten's approach is simple but wholistic in nature. When symptoms are present, there has to be causal influences creating them. Her aim is to identify what these causes are for each individual and to treat them accordingly.

Kirsten uses two main diagnostic tools to achieve this. These include VEGA Testing and Iridology.

VEGA Testing

The VEGA Machine is an electrodermal testing device which is widely used by physicians in Europe and America to evaluate the health of their patients. It provides the practitioner with valuable information about a person's physical and emotional health and clearly identifies what internal and/or external influences are affecting their well being and highlights priority areas for treatment. VEGA Testing detects: organ dysfunction; pathogens; food allergies; nutrient deficiencies; chemicals; toxicity; genetic predispositions; emotional and structural imbalances.

The testing process involves creating a measurement loop whereby the client holds onto a negative electrode while the practitioner applies slight pressure from a positive probe to the client's acupuncture point while introducing 'test ampules' into the circuit. The client responds to the test information via areading on the dial of the machine with a clear "yes" or "no" response.

VEGA Testing is fast, accurate, cost effective and most importantly, painless. It can be safely performed on children of all ages and results are obtained on-the-spot to take home with you. A urine or hair sample can be tested for infants
and babies.

Iridology

Iridology or Iris Diagnosis involves studying the iris with a magnified torch to get an overall assessment of a person's health and genetic makeup so that treatment is specific for each individual.

Iridology provides information about the state of particular organs and body systems as well as the constitutional health and general vitality of each individual.
